KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 3): Setia Awan Land Sdn Bhd officially opened its Tanjong Malim Hi-Tech Park Sales Gallery on Aug 2 and provided additional information that the industrial park will be officially launched in September.

The project represents the developer's first foray into industrial property, it said in a press release.

The RM1.4 billion Tanjong Malim Hi-Tech Park spans 447 acres and is adjacent to Proton City and within the Automotive High-Tech Valley.

The entire development will comprise five phases, offering components ranging from industrial land and commercial shoplots (selling prices from RM987,000) to semi-detached factories aimed at supporting Tanjong Malim's automotive and high-value industrial ecosystem.

At present, Phase 1 and Phase 2 details are provided, and the remaining phases will be revealed in due course.

Phase 1 covers 103 acres across 14 industrial plots — with approximately 40 acres currently available — priced from RM55 psf alongside leasing options.

Phase 2, named Ionera, spans 247 acres and features commercial shoplots.
