KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 1): Mitrajaya Holdings Bhd has bagged a contract worth RM74.31 million from MRCB Builders Sdn Bhd through its wholly-owned subsidiary Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd.

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, it said the contract is for the superstructure works for Tower 3 at a mixed office block development at PJ Sentral.

“The contract will commence on Dec 9, 2016 for 14 months and is expected to be completed by Feb 9, 2018,” it said.

The contract is expected to contribute positively to Mitrajaya Holdings’ future earnings, it added.

None of the directors or major shareholders of the company and persons connected with such directors or major shareholders have any interest in the contract. — theedgemarkets.com
