The grand old Sentul neighbourhood has seen more futuristic-looking additions to its skyline since YTL Land and Development Bhd rolled out its Sentul Masterplan 13 years ago. Research by theedgeproperty.com shows that the majority of non-landed residences here appreciated in value over the 12 months leading up to 3Q2014.
