Suriaman 3 Bandar Seri Sendayan Seremban

PETALING JAYA (Aug 26): Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd is targeting to launch Suriaman 3, a phase within its Bandar Seri Sendayan township in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, in mid-September.

“Suriaman 3 is a two-storey superlink [residential] project and we are targeting its phase one launch in mid-September” a Matrix Concepts spokesperson told theedgeproperty.com

The freehold Suriaman 3 homes will have a built-up of 2,766 sq ft, four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Prices start from RM563,000.

Suriaman 3 comprises 385 units and has a gross development value of RM300 million.

Among the facilities included are an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a fully-equipped gymnasium and a 10-lane bowling alley in the clubhouse.
