Paramount Corp Bhd has recorded property sales exceeding RM1 billion for the fourth consecutive year in its financial year ended Dec 31, 2025 (FY2025), as the developer pressed ahead with an aggressive landbank replenishment strategy, securing 363.1 acres across Penang, Kedah and the Klang Valley with a combined gross development value (GDV) of RM2.3 billion.

AmFIRST Real Estate Investment Trust (AmFIRST REIT) has ended its financial year ended March 31, 2026 on its strongest occupancy footing in over a decade.
