Advancecon Holdings Bhd (KL:ADVCON) has bagged a main infrastructure work contract worth RM44.6 million by Sime Darby Property Bhd (KL:SIMEPROP) for the development at Elmina West.

Kumpulan Kitacon Bhd (KL:KITACON) said on Thursday it had secured two building works contracts worth a total of RM203.9 million.

Gamuda Bhd (KL:GAMUDA) is acquiring a 20% stake in Cloud Space Sdn Bhd, a Google Cloud premier partner, for RM18 million.

Construction outfit Inta Bina Group Bhd (KL:INTA) said it is buying a plot of land in Bukit Jelutong, Selangor, for RM23 million, cash, for property development.

Property group Mulpha International Bhd (KL:MULPHA), which has been focusing its activities in Australia in recent years, has proposed to buy a 6.46-hectare land  in New South Wales state for A$68.09 million (RM196.78 million).

The contract was awarded by Exsim Bukit Jalil City Sdn Bhd to Binastra’s wholly owned subsidiary Binastra Builders Sdn Bhd.

IJM Corp said the transaction involves its subscription to 50% of the enlarged equity interest in JRL.

IFCA MSC Bhd (KL:IFCAMSC) said it is targeting RM440 million in new sales over the next three years mainly through new customers arising from its property management system solutions, optimising pricing and growing its distributors programme.

LEAP Market-listed Sunmow Holding Bhd (KL:SUNMOW) has proposed to undertake a mixed development on a 157-acre land in Pekan Kota Kinabatangan, Sabah, with an estimated gross development value of RM366 million.

Sunsuria Bhd (KL:SUNSURIA) said it is acquiring a 20% stake in property developer KL City Gateway Sdn Bhd (KLCG) for RM10.47 million, and will inject about RM40 million in shareholder advances to the company.
