Newly listed KTI Landmark Bhd (KL:KTI) said it has won a sub-contract under the Armed Forces Family Housing (RKAT) construction project at the Labuan Air Base, worth RM49.99 million.

Kerjaya Prospek said its wholly owned subsidiary Futuprop Sdn Bhd, and Aspen Vision, will form a 55:45 special purpose vehicle named Rivanis Ventures Sdn Bhd to undertake the development.
