Maybank Investment Bank, CGS International and AmInvestment Bank will jointly underwrite the entire retail portion of Paradigm Real Estate Investment Trust’s (REIT) initial public offering, covering up to 254.66 million units as it prepares to list on the Main Market.

Construction company Binastra Corp Bhd (KL:BNASTRA) reported a 63.2% year-on-year jump in its fourth quarter net profit, as revenue surged 73.9% on higher construction activities and the commencement of 12 new projects during the financial year. The group also declared its first dividend in seven years.

The properties are located in AME Elite’s industrial parks — one of them in i-Park @ Senai Airport City (priced at RM39.3 million) and the other two in i-TechValley at Southern Industrial Logistic Clusters (RM30.8 million each).

The contract is expected to be completed within 10 months.

Hotayi Electronic (M) Sdn Bhd, a Taiwanese electronics manufacturing services company, has launched the third phase of its expansion in Batu Kawan, Penang, with an investment of RM500 million in a manufacturing facility.
