Former deputy chief secretary to the Cabinet Tan Sri Mazidah Abdul Majid told the court this when she was being cross-examined by Datuk Seri Najib Razak's defence lawyer Tan Sri Shafee Abdullah, in response to questions about cabinet ministers' code of conduct, and how conflict of interests are dealt with when it comes to matters raised in cabinet meetings.

This was revealed by former deputy chief secretary to the Cabinet Tan Sri Mazidah Abdul Majid, the 11th prosecution witness in former premier Datuk Seri Najib Razak's 1MDB-Tanore trial.

Former Cabinet deputy secretary-general Tan Sri Mazidah Abdul Majid, who is the prosecution's 11th witness in the 1MDB-Tanore trial, said today she attended the Cabinet meeting which Najib chaired on Sept 8, 2010.

It was reported on Feb 8 that four questions of law were posed before the apex court in addition to the Port Dickson Member of Parliament filing a judicial review application last month to challenge emergency.

Speaking during the hearing of the murder case at the High Court today, Shafee told Justice Datuk Indera Abdul Karim Abdul Rahman that Thomas had allegedly published subjudice statements in the book titled "My Story: Justice in the Wilderness".

“The purpose of this police report is for justice to be done not only for me, but also for others who have been scandalised and humiliated by the book, especially officers of the Attorney-General’s Chambers.”

Justice Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali ordered Mohd Isa to post bail amounting to RM1.5 million, to be paid in full by tomorrow afternoon.
