In a unanimous decision on Thursday morning, a three-judge bench led by Datuk Azizah Nawawi agreed with Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and Datuk Mohd Nazifuddin’s contention that there were special circumstances which warrant the interim stay of execution.
