KUALA LUMPUR: Prinsiptek Corporation Bhd recorded a drop in net profit of 43% to RM406,000 from RM716,000 a year ago in its third quarter (3Q) financial statements ended Sept 30, 2010, the group announced on Monday, Nov 29.

Revenue collected during the same period increase by 37% to RM60.30 million from RM43.95 million a year ago.

KUALA LUMPUR: Perduren Bhd recorded a drop in net profit by 58% to RM387,000 from RM922,000 a year ago in its second quarter (2Q) financial statements ended Sept 30, 2010, the group announced on Monday, Nov 29.

Revenue earned for the same period dropped by 5% to RM5.078 million from RM5.365 million a year ago.

KUALA LUMPUR: Focal Aims Holdings Bhd reported a net loss of RM771,000 compared to a net loss of RM2.86 million a year ago for its fourth quarter (4Q) financial results ended Sept 30, 2010, the group announced on Monday, Nov 29.

Revenue earned however, increased by 47% to RM15.13 million from RM10.27 million a year ago.

KUALA LUMPUR: Metro Kajang Holdings Bhd recorded a 52% increase in net profit to RM11.95 million from RM7.884 million a year ago for its fourth quarter (4Q) financial results ended Sept 30, 2010, the group announced on Monday, Nov 29.

Revenue earned for the same period, however, dropped 23% to RM73.56 million from RM95.80 million a year ago.

KUALA LUMPUR: Majuperak Holdings Bhd recorded a net loss of RM618,000 from a net loss of RM2.126 million a year ago for its thirs quarter (3Q) financial results ended Sept 30, 2010, the group announced on Monday, Nov 20.

Revenue earned during the same period rose 168% to RM3.623 million from RM1.354 million a year ago.

KUALA LUMPUR: SHL Consolidated Bhd recorded a net profit drop of under 1% to RM6.979 million from RM7.041 million for its second quarter (2Q) financial results ended Sept 30, 2010, the group announced on Monday, Nov 29.

Revenue earned during the same period dropped 19% to RM50.538 million from RM62.068 million the year before.

KUALA LUMPUR: Ibraco Bhd recorded a net loss of RM2.42 million compared to a net loss of RM1.11 million a year ago, for its third quarter (3Q) financial results ended Sept 30, 2010, the group announced on Monday, Nov 29.

Revenue however, rose 80% to RM72,000 from RM40,000 the previous year.

The group attributed the revenue increase to landscaping and maintenance work.

KUALA LUMPUR: Mahajaya Bhd reported an increase in net profit by 54% to RM1.789 million from RM1.161 million a year ago for its first quarter (1Q) financial results ended Sept 30, 2010, the group announced on Monday, Nov 29.

Revenue earned during the same period fell by 24% to RM34.964 million from RM45.771 the previous year.

KUALA LUMPUR: Eastern & Oriental Bhd (E&O) recorded a drop of 56% in net profit to RM5.085 million from RM11.511 million a year ago for its second quarter (2Q) financial results ended Sept 30, 2010, the group announced on Monday Nov 29.

Revenue for the same period dropped by 43% to RM65.814 million from RM114.759 million a year ago.

KUALA LUMPUR: Bina Goodyear Bhd achieved net profit of RM291,000 from a net loss of RM6.067 million a year ago for its first quarter (1Q) financial results ended Sept 30, 2010, the group announced on Monday, Nov 29. Revenue dropped by 37% to RM62.746 million from RM99.592 million the previous year.
