Real estate isn’t about shortcuts or luck, it’s about self-discipline, sincerity, and consistency. Connie’s ability to execute her goals efficiently has made her one of the industry’s rising performers, driven by a clear vision and a strong sense of purpose.

Connie believes that results are built through structure and focus. Her yearly goal is to achieve RM500,000 in commissions, which she breaks down into monthly and weekly milestones to stay on course.

One call, one client, and one deal at a time.

This goal-oriented approach is backed by a disciplined daily routine and a positive mindset. Connie treats every day as a chance to move closer to her target. Her biggest differentiator lies in her genuine desire to help clients find not just a property, but a place they can truly call home.

“My biggest differentiator is to help clients find their dream home or property with a sincere attitude. I listen carefully to my clients’ needs, provide honest advice, and deliver after-sales service,” she shared.

Training and cultivating a habit of positive thinking are essential for lasting success.

“When I first started in real estate, my main focus was on landed residential properties because I wanted to build a strong foundation by working closely with families and understanding their lifestyle needs. A few months later, I moved into commercial shopfronts as I saw the potential in helping investors and business owners find high-return properties,” she explained.

Grateful for the support that shaped her journey, Connie credits her mentors and colleagues at The Roof Realty for their guidance, as well as her husband for his partnership and encouragement. And she expressed her gratitude to The Roof Realty Sdn. Bhd. for providing various training programs that allowed her to learn on the job. I also thank my team leader, James Tee, my co-leader, Raymond, and board member, Jeff Choo, for their guidance, and my husband for supporting me throughout my career,” she expressed.

Cycle of service, sales, and self-growth each fueling the other.

“I balance service, sales, and self-growth by prioritising them as a cycle. Service comes first, I build trust and long-term relationships with my clients. Sales is next, I set clear goals and follow through with consistent action. Finally, I invest in self-growth, because if I grow, my clients benefit, and my sales results follow,” she said.

Connie’s next milestone is to build her own team, empowering new agents to achieve financial freedom and success alongside her. Success is not only about achieving goals but about lifting others to reach theirs, a true reflection of sincerity turned into success.
