“For me, I don’t set small or ‘safe’ goals. Every year, I set targets that scare me a little because if the goal doesn’t make you uncomfortable, it won’t make you grow,” he shared.

Discipline is his anchor. Johannes measures performance through numbers calls, appointments, and closings and adjusts his actions immediately when he spots a gap. His consistency has made him immune to market fluctuations. “Market may go up and down, but my income only goes one way up. That’s the power of discipline and hard work,” he said with conviction.

His biggest differentiator, however, goes beyond sales, it’s influence. Through his TikTok presence, Johan & Eric, and XHS Johannes, he’s built a strong digital reputation as a trusted voice in real estate. “I don’t just serve my clients one-to-one, I also influence and educate the wider market through my TikTok account. By the time clients reach out, there’s already a level of trust, they feel like they know me, my style, and that I’m someone they can rely on,” he said.

Now promoted to Head of Team (HOT), Johannes is aiming even higher, to become Champion in his first year at this level. It’s a goal that perfectly captures his philosophy: dream big, act fast, and never settle for average.
