
KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 23): Berjaya Hartanah Bhd topped-out its OAKA Residences today after achieving structural completion.
The luxury residential development located in the heart of Bukit Jalil with a gross development value (GDV) of RM373 million will soon move to delivery and handover.
Located on 0.89 hectares of prime freehold land, OAKA Residences comprises two 30-storey residential towers featuring 350 units designed for modern family living. Offering a range of unit types from 882 to 1,509 sq ft, each residence is planned with a dedicated balcony or lanai, a utility or store room, and two to three residential car parks per unit.

The topping-out ceremony was attended by key board members, project partners, consultants, stakeholders and invited guests.
