KUALA LUMPUR (March 11): AYER Holdings Bhd (KL:AYER) reported a revenue of RM171.1 million for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2025 (FY2025), a 59% increase from RM107.7 million recorded in FY2024, driven mainly by stronger contributions from its property development segment.
According to a statement on Feb 27, profit before tax rose 57% to RM77.1 million from RM49 million previously.
Profit after tax increased 55% to RM57.1 million from RM36.9 million a year earlier. Basic earnings per share improved to 76.34 sen compared with 49.33 sen in FY2024.
In the fourth quarter ended Dec 31, the group recorded a revenue of RM62.8 million, representing a 104% increase year-on-year. Profit before tax for the quarter rose 94% to RM31.5 million.
On a quarter-on-quarter basis, revenue increased 17% while profit before tax improved 22%, reflecting continued construction progress and sustained revenue recognition from ongoing developments.
Net assets per share strengthened to RM8.41 while total shareholders’ equity stood at RM629.4 million as at Dec 31, 2025.
The group ended the year with total assets of RM733.6 million and cash and cash equivalents of RM187.9 million.
The property segment accounted for 81% of the group’s revenue and 80% of profit before tax, mainly driven by higher revenue recognition from Erica Residence and BP Boulevard supported by improved construction progress and stronger take-up rates.
The plantation segment contributed 19% of revenue and 16% of profit before tax, delivering marginal revenue growth due to higher fresh fruit bunch prices which were partially offset by lower fresh fruit bunch production volumes.
Group chief executive officer Joanne Lee said, “FY2025 marked a strong year of operational execution for AYER. Our property development segment recorded steady construction progress and encouraging market response, which translated into significant revenue growth and improved profitability for the group.”
“Looking ahead, the group remains focused on continued execution of Erica Residence, BP Boulevard and BP Boulevard 2 (Phase 1) at Bukit Puchong.”
She said the group is also preparing to launch a pipeline of new residential and commercial developments including 218 units of double-storey terrace houses in Puchong and 66 units of two- and three-storey shop offices at Bukit Puchong.
“With ongoing developments progressing well and a pipeline of upcoming projects in preparation, AYER remains cautiously optimistic about its growth prospects while maintaining financial discipline,” she said.
