KUALA LUMPUR: The Selangor State Development Corp (PKNS) will be launching its second phase of the Kasturi Idaman apartments in Kota Damansara, Selangor on Nov 21.
According to PKNS public relations manager Mohd Wazir Abdul Gani, this final phase of the high-rise residential development in Section 8, Kota Damansara comprises 102 units of apartments.
The first phase of the project was launched in June this year. “Take-up for the first phase has been good so with 86 units sold to date,” said Mohd Wazir.
The entire project is comprised of 192 apartment units located on a one-hectare site. The units are available in two types - Type A for SOHO apartments and Type B for standard apartments. With sizes from 1,146 sq ft to 1,418 sq ft for Type A and between 945 sq ft and 1,512 sq ft for Type B. Prices vary between RM205,000 and RM365,000
With a gross development value (GDV) of RM46 million, the project is targeted at young working adults and completion is scheduled for November 2010, said Mohd Wazir.
