MoH director general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah addressed concerns over a viral message on social media regarding certain areas in Subang Jaya that are supposedly Covid-19 hotspots. He reiterated that the message is not true.

"The licence shall be valid for a period of two years effective from 13 August 2020 to 12 August 2022 and it is renewable upon the renewal application (being) made with the ministry."

The four imported cases today involved foreigners who travelled from the Philippines (one case), Austria (one), Indonesia (one) and India (one). Two of the cases were detected in Selangor and two others in Kuala Lumpur, said Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.
