TWL Holdings Bhd has provided further details on the mutual termination of three joint venture agreements (JVAs) involving its wholly owned subsidiary TWL Builders Sdn Bhd (previously known as Tiger Synergy Development Sdn Bhd), following queries from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

Ge-Shen Corp Bhd is proceeding with the disposal of five freehold industrial properties in Mukim Tebrau, Johor Bahru, for RM35.5 million cash after entering into a fresh sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with Plastico Sdn Bhd.

Rhong Khen International Bhd (RKIB) is acquiring three factory properties in Kapar, Selangor, for RM47 million cash through its wholly owned subsidiaries Uptown Promenade Sdn Bhd (UPSB) and Latitude Tree Furniture Sdn Bhd (LTFSB).

Mah Sing Group Bhd is proposing to acquire about 419.17 acres (1,696,288 sq m) of freehold land in Mukim Senai, Daerah Kulai, Johor, for RM273.87 million cash via its 60%-owned subsidiary M Industrial Development Sdn Bhd (MID), for the proposed MS Industrial Park @ Kulai, which has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of approximately RM2.26 billion.

Propel Global Bhd has proposed to dispose of two leasehold industrial properties in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor, for a total cash consideration of RM6.75 million via Propel Engineering Sdn Bhd (PESB), a wholly owned subsidiary of Propel Oilfield Services Sdn Bhd, which is 49.0%-owned by PGB. PESB entered into two separate sale and purchase agreements (SPAs) with Flint Masters Sdn Bhd and Chocofac (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd on July 7, 2026.

Eligible purchasers will receive RM5,000 in IKEA gift cards.

The disposal was for a property in Seremban measuring 437,876 sq ft, together with a purpose-built single-storey retail complex with a mezzanine floor.
