Johor has strengthened its position as Asia Pacific’s (Apac) largest data centre market by combined operational and future capacity, while Malaysia leads Southeast Asia in data centre capacity under construction, according to a global real estate consultancy.

Berjaya Property Bhd returned to a profit attributable to owners of the parent in its fourth quarter ended June 30, 2026 (4QFY2026), supported by improved contributions from its property development and investment business, although the group remained loss-making on a consolidated basis.
