UEM Sunrise Bhd has appointed Datuk Wira Sr Azmar Talib as chairman of its board of directors, the property developer announced in a media release today.  He succeeds Datuk Hisham Hamdan, who served as chairman since July 1, 2023.

Eco Ardence and Missi Care Sdn Bhd have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to establish a 24-hour Care Hub at Eco Ardence’s first low-rise villas, which are scheduled to be launched this year. Under the MoU, Missi Care will be the exclusive operator of the Care Hub.
