Automotive solutions provider EP Manufacturing Bhd (KL:EPMB) has scrapped plans to jointly develop a commercial project in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, following the winding up of the project’s turnkey contractor Bina Puri Properties Sdn Bhd (BPPSB), a wholly owned subsidiary of Bina Puri Holdings Bhd (KL:BPURI).
Jasa Kita Bhd (KL:JASKITA) said it has entered into a deal with the spouse of its recently appointed executive chairman Datuk Yasmin Mahmood to acquire a 55% stake in a firm that owns a parcel of industrial land in Pahang.
Kimlun Corp Bhd (KL:KIMLUN) said on Tuesday that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kimlun Sdn Bhd, has accepted the award of three construction contracts in Johor with a combined value of RM617.73 million.

The transaction is expected to be completed in the second half of FY2026.
