The two-year contract will commence in December, said TCS, adding that it will fund the works via internally generated funds and borrowings.
The three-phase contract was awarded to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aneka Jaringan Sdn Bhd, by GDP Architects Sdn Bhd on behalf of Murni Lapisan Sdn Bhd.
This move is expected to generate local investments of RM40 million to RM110 million, directed towards high-growth, high-value sectors.
Following a case management last Friday, the appeal has been fixed for hearing on Thursday at the Court of Appeal (COA) with two other related appeals.
The group received the contract from N&T Asset Sdn Bhd, the registered owner of the 38-acre land on which the project will be developed.
The job was awarded to Tuju Setia’s wholly -owned Pembinaan Tuju Setia Sdn (PTS) by Sunway Serene Sdn Bhd, a wholly -owned unit of Sunway Bhd.
The contract was granted to its wholly-owned subsidiary Bina Puri Builder Sdn Bhd by Tokoh Ilham Sdn Bhd.
