KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 23): Advancecon Holdings Bhd announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Advancecon Infra Sdn. Bhd. (AISB), has accepted two Letters of Acceptance (LOAs) from Sime Darby Property (Bukit Raja) Sdn Bhd for the execution of earthworks and other related works at Bandar Bukit Raja 2, located in Kapar, Klang, Selangor.

The contracts carry a combined total value of RM25.1 million and will span a contract period of 20 months, commencing from 6 Nov 6, 2025 to July 5, 2027.

The projects, to be financed through internally-generated funds and/or external borrowings, are expected to contribute positively to Advancecon’s future earnings.
