KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 21): Mah Sing Group Bhd has acquired a 2.79-acre plot in Sri Rampai, Setapak for RM44,500,000.
The company plans to build its M Mira development on the land, after the success of M Adora, M Astra, M Azura and StarParc Point, stated the group in a media release.
This acquisition marks the Mah Sing’s fifth land deal in 2025, following M Aria in Sentul, the landmark acquisition of the Corus Hotel site in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City Centre, M Legasi 2 in Semenyih and M Cora in Penang.

The total estimated gross development value (GDV) of all five lands is approximately RM4.1 billion.
As for M Mira, its estimated GDV is RM300 million, and based on preliminary plans and subject to approval from relevant authorities, M Mira will offer flexible layouts, including 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom configurations, with an indicative price from RM499,000.
M Mira will be surrounded by four rail stations—Sri Rampai LRT, Wangsa Maju LRT and two upcoming MRT 3 stations, Rejang and Setapak—offering residents excellent connectivity within Kuala Lumpur and beyond.
