Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd recorded a 19.4% increase in revenue to RM1.37 billion for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 (FY2026), supported by higher property-development contributions and new revenue from its acquisition of Selangor-based Horizon Group.
This comes as the Cloud Framework Agreement (CFA 1.0) involving AwanBiru Technology Bhd (Awantec), Google Cloud Malaysia Sdn Bhd and Awantec Systems Sdn Bhd has been extended to June 2027.
The court also ordered SDP Klang to pay interest on the judgment sum at 5% per annum from Monday (July 20) until full payment is made.
“The Company wishes to clarify that it is currently exploring the feasibility of a potential listing of its construction business,” IJM said.

The RM64.24 million claim relates to contractual sums for works awarded to and completed by PCI, which were certified by the project architect.
The land has an audited net book value of RM4.36 million as at June 30, 2025, while its original acquisition cost in 1995 was RM497,902.
