The offer was received today via a letter dated Feb 21, 2020, Avillion said in a stock exchange filing today, in which it described Guangxi East Hangyang as “a foreign company unknown to Avillion”.
Earnings per share for the fourth quarter ended Dec 31, 2019 (4QFY19) rose to 11.72 sen from 8.17 sen previously, the group’s filing with Bursa Malaysia showed.
