In the 12 months to 1Q2015, about 62.7% of the secondary non-landed residential transactions fell within the RM401–RM600 psf range. Another 24.2% fell within the RM601–RM800 psf range.
Properties in Tropicana and Sunway Damansara fall primarily in the upper-middle segment.

Among the other pricey projects were Casa Residenza (RM510 psf) and Cova Villa (RM432 psf), which are located in Taman Sains Selangor.
The most expensive project was I Residence, with an average price per unit at about RM605,000.
