• “Homebuyers stand to earn up to 40,000 Asia Miles with a single purchase, which can be redeemed for flights on Cathay Pacific, HK Express and over 20 partner airlines."

KUALA LUMPUR (July 9): Paramount Property Development Sdn Bhd has unveiled Traverse with Paramount, a six‑month campaign that sets aside a total of eight million Asia Miles to reward buyers of selected residential developments.

Paramount Property CEO Chee Siew Pin said the campaign runs from July 1 to Dec 31, covering more than eight of its participating projects in Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Klang, Cyberjaya, Sungai Petani and Penang.

“Homebuyers stand to earn up to 40,000 Asia Miles with a single purchase, which can be redeemed for flights on Cathay Pacific, HK Express and over 20 partner airlines, as well as products and experiences across 800+ travel and lifestyle partners worldwide.

“A one‑way economy flight to Hong Kong on Cathay Pacific typically requires around 9,000 miles, making the potential reward per unit significant,” he said during the launch at the Paramount Property Gallery @ The Ashwood here today.

He explained that the campaign isn’t just about adding value, but about transforming homebuying into a milestone worth celebrating.

“Buying a home is not just about the hardware of walls and windows, it is about taking the first step into a new chapter, a place where dreams grow, families flourish and lifelong memories are made,” he said.

According to Chee, property purchases priced from RM300,000 to RM800,000 will receive about 10,000 miles, while high‑end purchases of RM3 million and above will be rewarded with 40,000 miles.

He added the tie‑up with Cathay Pacific aligns with shared values around customer experience, safety and helping buyers beyond the transaction itself:

“For the airline, it’s about connecting people and offering comfort. For us, it’s about involvement after handover, making homebuying feel like the start of new adventures,” said Chee.

Eligible buyers will also be automatically entered into a lucky draw to win Asia Miles points equivalent to return business class tickets to destinations like Hong Kong, Tokyo and Seoul.

Chee said the campaign is designed to appeal to a wide range of buyers, individuals, couples and families, giving them a chance to redeem miles for honeymoons, family holidays or leisure trips, locally or abroad.

Meanwhile, Cathay Malaysia & Brunei area head Robbie Blackwood, speaking at the event,  highlighted that Cathay members can earn and redeem Asia Miles not just on flights but also across over 10,000 lifestyle products on Cathay Shop, plus new local retail partnerships at LaLaport Bukit Bintang City Centre and Mitsui Outlet Park near KL International Airport.
