Of the 19 new cases, six were imported, while the remaining 13 cases were locally transmitted. Of the local transmissions, 11 cases involved Malaysians, while two cases involved foreigners.
Malaysian Association of Hotels (MAH) said it had published its base guidelines on May 1 to guide hotels into the new norm of hotel operations.
