ISKANDAR PUTERI (Sept 17): UEM Sunrise Bhd recorded full take-up of the newly launched Aspira Hills Phase 2A and 3A within 48 hours.
“The priority preview, held over two days in the third quarter, saw all units snapped up, building on momentum of recent launches in Iskandar Puteri,” stated UEM Sunrise in a statement today.
“The response reflects homebuyer confidence in UEM Sunrise and reaffirms Iskandar Puteri, the Flagship Zone B of the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ), as a high-potential growth corridor,” it added.
